Luke Tarbi is a former Navy officer that served in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He holds a Master’s degree in International Security Studies from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and is a member of the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs and U.S. Naval Institute. His publications have appeared in the Navy Times and Small Wars Journal.
