But the Professional Services Council — whose members don’t bend metal, they sell services — says this about BBP 3.0, as it’s very fondly known in the Pentagon: “BBP 3.0 is too focused on internal process changes rather than achieving extraordinary outcomes and too many of the barriers to real innovation and efficiency remain unaddressed,” Stan Soloway, the PSC’s CEO, said in a statement.
