How Mike Rogers wants to hit $1.5 trillion for defense

This week on the Congressional Roundup: The head of the House Armed Services Committee lays out a path to a $1.5 trillion defense budget.

Stay tuned for part two of the interview on a future episode of the Congressional Roundup.
